In 2023, TIM (one of Brazil'’ top mobile company) launched two projects of relevance to society, such as the Gender Equality campaign and the “Caminho Delas” Project:

Loja Segura

No Projeto LOJA SEGURA, em parceria com o app Mulheres Positivas, as lojas TIM passarão a funcionar como ambientes seguros, oferecendo apoio e conexão a mulheres em situações de perigo. Lá, elas receberão, em uma sala segura, toda a estrutura para contatar apoio do Estado como delegacias, a Central de Atendimento à Mulher e o Ministério Público. A iniciativa já está operando em 11 lojas TIM no Rio de Janeiro e São Paulo.

The Report Shops

In THE REPORT SHOPS Project, in partnership with the Mulheres Positivas app, TIM stores will function as safe environments, offering support and connection to women in dangerous situations. There, they will receive, in a safe room, the entire structure to contact State support such as police stations, the Women's Assistance Center and the Public Ministry. The initiative is already operating in several TIM stores in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
